Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may require one additional business day.

Shipping
We offer reliable worldwide shipping with tracking. High-value orders may include insurance for added protection.

International Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by local customs authorities.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Returns & Refunds
To request a return, please contact our support team at iwatsukishears@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process. No complicated RMA code is required.

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 2–4 weeks for the full refund process, including return transit, inspection, and bank processing time.

Exchanges
For exchanges not related to product defects, customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our logistics center.
