IWATSUKI offers a 30-day satisfaction and quality guarantee from the carrierās confirmed delivery date. A valid Order ID or proof of purchase is required for all claims.
Returns & Exchanges
You may test your shears for fit, balance, and feel. If they are not the right fit, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days.
Return Condition
Returned items must be in like-new condition, free of hair residue, nicks, scratches, or signs of heavy use, and must be returned in the original packaging.
Hygiene Notice
For hygiene reasons, heavily used shears or items with biological residue are not eligible for non-quality returns.
Restocking Fee
If the original packaging is missing or damaged, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns or exchanges.
Manufacturing Defects
For the first confirmed manufacturing defect claim, IWATSUKI may provide a replacement without requiring the item to be returned. Clear photos, videos, and your Order ID are required.
Further Evaluation
If additional quality issues occur after the first replacement, the shears must be sent to our U.S. service center for evaluation. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, you may choose a replacement or refund, and IWATSUKI will reimburse the return shipping cost. If no defect is found, the item must be retrieved at the customerās expense.
Lifetime Limited Warranty
IWATSUKI provides a lifetime limited warranty against manufacturer defects in the tension system and handle structure.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover blade dullness, normal wear, rust, corrosion, improper maintenance, drops, accidental damage, misuse, or third-party sharpening.
Shipping Responsibility
IWATSUKI covers shipping costs for incorrect items or confirmed manufacturing defects. Customers are responsible for shipping, handling, and insurance costs for returns or exchanges based on personal preference.

Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1ā3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may require one additional business day.

Returns & Refunds
